Student Athletes
As an athlete, you’ll have to achieve a certain score on the SAT or ACT. But, of course, it’s even better to surpass that score to give you a better chance of acceptance and to boost your chance of getting a scholarship.
Sometimes, the team as a whole has to achieve a certain average score. So your higher score gives you a better chance of acceptance because your score can offset lower scores. The bottom line: You’ll need to do your best on the SAT / ACT.
